Shipping Policy
Products are typically shipped from our locations when in stock, or directly from a distributor or manufacturer(s) within the following time frames:
In-house: Same day if order is received by 2:00pm, MST—otherwise the following day
Distribution: Within 2-3 day upon receipt of order
Special Configurations: Approximately 4-8 weeks upon receipt of order
The method of shipment will affect delivery dates. Please use the following guidelines:
Standard Shipping: Approximately 3 to 5 days, delivered Monday through Friday.
2-day Shipping: Two (2) days, delivered Monday through Friday.
Overnight Shipping: One (1) day, delivered Monday through Friday.
Shipping Location Restrictions
Get Tough Today ships product to all areas within the continental United States. Additional costs may be incurred to ship to more remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii.
How We Ship
Federal Express is our preferred means of shipment, however clients have the option to choose an alternative method that is their preference. Actual shipping fees incurred will be billed appropriately.
